There are times when I'd sit and yak with my officemates and suddenly, it would cross my mind, "My God! I miss my friends!" Not the friends I've met and known in college, not my friends in the dormitories I've stayed in, not the friends I've known here in Manila, not the friends I've made in the office, but my old friends. The friends I've known since grade school. My friends from Ormoc. I can be myself when I'm with them, mainly because they already know me. The real me... they've shared my triumphs, my successes, my failures and my sorrows. They've been there for me, through thick and thin. It makes me happy to know that there are people I can share things with, every embarrassing and weird details, and know that they'd still be my friends no matter how weird I'd get. They know my personality, my every quirks and still they've accepted me for who and what I am. This is not a tearjerker, I just wanna express my gratitude to them, for always being there when I need people to talk to. :) Especially Angela and Bonita! :)
