I watched the movie adaptation of the book "Memoirs of Geisha" with my cousin, Nica, last Sunday, and I was sorely disappointed with it.  They changed a big portion of the book---not that most screen adaptations don't do that---but this one's just different... in a really bad way. I liked the first few chapters in the book... and the screenwriter took that out. Too bad! But I liked Michelle Yeoh and her presence in that movie made up for it. She still looks really stunning, even at her age.
